Potato Chips ( Non-fry)

Potato chips were frozen ones bought from supermarket.

Spread them on kitchen towel to dry them.

Spread oil on the aluminum foil.

Put chips on the foil.

Wrap them up.
Preheat oven to 220 degree C. 20 minutes. Then take them out.

Spread chips. Add in salt, black pepper powder and oil. Mix well. And put back into oven for another 15-20 minutes unwrapped. It depends on the thickness of chips. Thicker chips need baking longer.

In the plate with some tomato sauce.
Honestly, potato chips by oven taste not as good as fries. On the good way, it’s much healthier.
