Tomato Fish Soup

This is a very easy soup to make.


Fish fillet (cut into thin slices, and marinated with light soy sauce, cooking wine, a little salt and some cornstarch).

1 large tomato (peeled off and cut into small bits).

A little Chopped garlic, ginger and spring onion.

Some tomato sauce

Sugar 1 tsp

Some salt and black pepper powder.
1. Heat a little oil in the pan. Stir fry garlic and ginger a bit.

2. Add in tomato bits. Stir fry a little. Then add in 2 bowls of water, tomato sauce and sugar. Cover the pan with lid.

3. When tomato soup boiled, put in fish slices. And separate fish slices just in case they will stick together.

4. Because fish slices are very thin, it will be fast for them to be cooked. When they turn light in color, sprinkle spring onion and add salt and black pepper to season.

I also added some tofu slices in the soup. If you also want to add tofu, you can add them before fish. So the tofu will also be tasty.

It’s a delicious but easy soup. And it’s perfect for cold weather.
