Long beans (cut into medium pieces)
Eggplant (cut into strips similar to long beans’ length)
Chopped garlic, dried chili (if you want it to be spicy)
Light soy sauce 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
1. Heat oil in the pan. Fry long bean first till peel gets wrinkled. Then take long beans out.
2. Fry eggplant strips till they turn slightly golden brown. And take them out too.
3. Stir fry chopped garlic and chili (optional) a little. Then put all eggplant and long beans in. Stir fry for a while.
4. Add in light soy sauce, salt and sugar. Stir fry evenly. Then it’s done.
