1. Heat some oil in the pan. And fry bean curd pieces till golden brown.
2. Add in bean sprout. Turn to high heat. Stir fry evenly. If you want it to taste a little spicy, you can add some green chili. If you don’t, you can also add some chopped spring onion.
3. Add in a little light soy sauce and salt. Stir fry for another minute.
