Garlic Sprout & Bacon Bits Wrap


Garlic sprout (chopped into bits)

Bacon bits

Red chili 


Light soy sauce

Dark soy sauce

1. Heat a little oil in the pan. Put in bacon bits. Stir fry till a little golden brown.

2. Add in garlic sprout bits. Stir fry a bit.

3. Add in 1/2 light soy sauce, 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce and sprinkle some sugar and salt. Stir fry evenly.

4. Add in chopped red chili. Stir fry  for another minute.

For the wrap:

Flour 100g

Hot water around 50 ml.

Mix flour and water into a dough. Let the dough rest for around 20mins. Then divide into several small pieces. Use a rolling pin to make them into thin wrap. Heat the pan, no oil should be added. Put the thin wrap in the pan. After around 30-40 seconds, there will be some bumps on the wrap. Flip the wrap over. Heat for another 30 seconds.
