Sweet & Sour Chicken

1. Cut chicken into small pieces. Put them in a big bowl, add in 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper and 1 tsp cooking wine. Mix well and marinate for 10 mins.

2. Beat in one egg and 3 Tablespoon corn starch, 1 tbsp flour. Use hand to blend them and let each chicken piece be coated with starch and flour.

3. Heat oil in a pan. Fry chicken till golden brown and outside flour skin becomes very hard.

4. Heat a little oil in the other pan. Add in chopped onion, bell pepper and small tomatoes ( cut into halves). Stir fry till aromatic.

5. Add in 3 tbsp tomato sauce, 1/2 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp pineapple water from canned pineapple.

6. Add in fried chicken and pineapple cubes. Keep stir frying till sticky and thickend.
