BBQ Pork

1. Cut pork into slices. I prefer pork belly.

2. Put pork slices in a bowl. Add in chopped garlic & ginger, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon Korean sweet chili sauce, and 1 tablespoon white sesame.


3. Mix well and let pork be marinated for 15 mins.


4. Heat a little oil in the pan or skillet. Put pork slices in. Fry each side golden brown and curly-edged.


Serve with fresh lettuce.
