Salmon Teriyaki 

1. Season salmon with salt and black pepper.

2. In a big bow, add in 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp maple syrup, chopped garlic and ginger. Marinate salmon for 20 mins.

3. Heat a little oil in the pan. Put the salmon fillet in with the skin side down. Fry for around 3 mins. Turn over and fry for another 3 mins.

4. Pour marinade in the pan. Simmer a bit. Then turn to high heat to reduce sauce.

Salmon in the plate and pour sauce over it.
