One of my husband’s favorite fried rice.
Cooked rice ( I always use leftover)
Sauce (1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1/2 oyster sauce, and 1/2 tsp sugar)
Thawed frozen vegetables
1. Heat a little oil in the pan. Sauté chopped garlic till aromatic.
2. Add in rice. Quick stir to separate rice grain.
3. Add in vegetables ( I used frozen mixed vegetables bought from supermarket). Mix well.
4. Pour in sauce. Stir to let each rice and vegetable be coated with sauce evenly.
