1. Heat a little oil in the pan. When it’s hot, put all the minced pork into it.
2. Quickly stir fry to separate pork. When the pork shows no pink, add in chopped garlic, ginger and red chili. If you want it to be spicy, you can add more red chili. I only added 2 small ones. Stir fry evenly.
3. Add in 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce and 1 tsp oyster sauce. Let the pork simmer in the sauce for a little while. If it’s too dry, feel free to add a little hot water. Simmer for 2-3 mins.
4. Add in fresh basil leaves and squeeze a little lime juice. Quick stir and serve hot.
It goes well with noodles or rice.
