Candied Taro


1. Cut taro into small pieces.

2. Heat some oil in the pan. Fry taro till golden brown and done.

3. Take taro out and just leave a little oil in the pan.

4. Add in sugar (around 100g. If you have more fried taro, you can add more sugar). 

5. Heat the sugar till melted. 

6. Put taro pieces in melted sugar. Quick stir to make each pieces coated with sugar.
