1. Cut Tofu into small chunks.
2. Heat some oil in the pan. Beat an egg in the bowl. Dip Tofu in egg and then fry in the pan till each side turns golden brown. Then take them out in a plate.
3. Heat a little oil in the pan again. Put chopped leek in the pan. Sauce a bit till they turn softened.
4. Add Tofu back in the pan. Also with chopped chili. Stir fry evenly.
5. Season with salt.
One of my husband’s favorite dishes.
1. Cut Tofu into evenly small pieces. Silk Tofu would be the best choice. You can also use egg Tofu.
2. In a bowl mix a lot corn starch with a little salt.
3. Dip Tofu in the corn starch.
4. Then deep fry them till corn starch shell becomes hard and a bit golden brown.
5. Serve with mayonnaise or salad cream.
It’s a super easy way to cook Tofu. I found this recipe on Weibo.
First, prepare a piece of silk Tofu. Sprinkle some sesame oil over it.
Place cheese slice on it. I placed two slices.
Put the plate in the microwave. And heat for several mins till cheese melt.
Pour some light soy sauce before serving.

1. Add enough water in the pot. Put in dried kelp. Turn on the stove.
2. When the water boiling, put in tofu chunk and mushrooms. Cook for around 10 mins.
3. Add in miso, and quickly stir evenly. When water starts boiling again, turn off the stove.
It’s a vegetarian recipe. Quick and easy.
First, fry bean curd slices in the pan with a little oil till both sides turn golden brown. Take bean curd out. Stir fry chopped garlic a bit, then put in bok choy. Stir fry till leaves shrink and color turns dark. Put bean curd back in the pan. Spread some salt, stir fry evenly and quickly for another minute or two. Then dish out.

Beat two eggs in a bowl, add in a little salt and mix well. Heat a little oil in the pan. Pour egg in it. Before egg gets solidify, put stir fried egg tofu and vegetables on the egg. Once egg at the bottom gets solidify, take them out.
