Easy Thin Pizza


Pizza dough:

Bread flour   100g

Salt   1/4 tsp

Yeast   1/4 tsp

Olive oil   1/4 tsp

Water    60 ml

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl till they cling together into a dough.

Cover the bowl with a lid or a plastic wrap till the dough becomes 2 times big.

Knead it to let the air out. And use a rolling pin to stretch it into a big thin pizza dough.

Use a fork to poke several times on the dough. Brush the dough with tomato sauce. Sprinkle cheese as much as you like. And last spread several sausage slices or ham. If you like, you can also sprinkle some mixed herbs on it like I did.

Preheat oven to 240 degree C. Bake for 10 mins.


It’s a easy pizza to make and also yummy. 

Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients:

4 pieces of toast

2 eggs

80g milk

25g flour 

30g sugar

1/4 tsp vanilla

1 pinch salt

1 pinch cinnamon 
Except toasts, put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Dip toast in the batter to let both sides be coated with batter.

Heat 1 tsp butter in the pan. Fry toasts till both sides turn golden brown.



Served with syrup. My husband loves it.

Cheese Ham Toast

It’s a easy toast to make.

All you need are:

2 pieces of toast

1 egg

2 pieces of ham (pan-fried already)

1 cheese slice

One pieces of toast at the bottom, then a piece of ham, cheese, another pieces of ham and a toast on the top.

Put it in egg mixture to let top & bottom toast absorb egg.

Heat a little butter in the pan. When melted, put toast in and fry both side till golden brown.


A good choice for breakfast. Yummy and quick.

Stir Fry Vermicelli With Vegetables

Ingredients:

Vermecelli ( cooked in boiling water till almost done, not completely done. Then rinse and drain)

Onion shreds 

Carrot shreds

Spinach ( cooked in boiling water for several seconds. Then squeese the water out and drain)

A little chopped ginger

1 tsp light soy sauce

1 tsp dark soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

A little salt

1 tsp white sesame 

1. Heat a little oil in the pan. Put in ginger. Stir fry a bit.

2. Add in onion and carrot. Stir fry till they turn softened.

3. Add in vermicelli, stir fry evenly with carrot and onion. 

4. Add in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar. Then stir fry evenly for around 2-3 mins.

5. Add in salt and spinach. Stir fry evenly.

6. Last add in sprinkle white sesame.

Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredient:

Butter 120g

Peanut butter 120g

Sugar 100g

Brown sugar 100g

Egg 1

Vanilla 1/2 tsp

Flour 180g

Baking soda 3/4 tsp

Salt 1/4 tsp

1. Cream butter, peanut butter with sugar & brown sugar.

2. Beat in egg and vanilla. Mix well.

3. In a bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt. Then add flour mixture into butter mixture. Mix well.

4. Preheat oven to 190 degree C. Scoop dough and press into baking pan. Bake for 12 mins. 



Crunch outside but very soft inside. Even my husband doesn’t like peanut butter, he loves this cookie.

Pan Fried Eggplant

1. Cut eggplants into thick pieces. Cut several times on each side.

2. Heat some oil in the pan. Fry eggplants till each side gets golden brown. Then take out.

3. Put some chopped ginger and spring onion in the pan. Stir fry a little.

4. Put fried eggplants back in the pan. Add in 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce and 1 tsp sugar. Stir fry evenly.

5. Sprinkle some chopped garlic granules and salt. Stir fry evenly for another minute. Dish out.

Stir Fry Chicken Breast With Asparagus

It’s a low fat dish. And it’s very easy to cook.

1. Cut chicken breast and asparagus into small pieces.

2. Heat a little oil in the pan. 

3. Put in chicken breast. Stir fry till color turns white then a bit golden brown.

4. Add asparagus. Stir fry till asparagus’s color turns dark for around 2-3 mins.

5. Spread some chopped garlic granules, salt and black pepper. Quick stir evenly for another minute. And it’s done.
